What are you eating/doing today ( Wednesday )

Quick post before I head out

Good morning 

b - poached egg with cheese

s - Greek yogurt

l - 2oz chicken with 2 light laughing cow cheese

s - 1/4 cup cottage cheese

d - 2 oz chicken salad

s premier protein. 

Water and vitamins

Exercise - 20 minutes on the treadmill this morning and lots of pacing the halls today.

The contractor came yesterday to demolish the bathroom. I was excited while it was happening, but when it was just a skeleton I had a little freak out moment -- what have I done?? Lol. Also, it's going to cost a little more because we have decided to replace the subfloor as it was in worse shape than we hoped.

Today will be much the same -- sitting with the puppies while they work on the bathroom. I need to start moving more.

Breakfast - yogurt, sausage

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - shrimp and bacon

Snack - ham on thin bun

Dinner - beef and veg

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

So I just got a gross curdled Strawberry flavored Premier Protein. Now I'm going to be gunshy with the damned shakes. Ruined. I'm ruined. (and I have 11 cases in the hallway... that I'm sure are all curdled and gross LOL).

B: Premier Protein Shake that ruined me as a human being and tested my faith in the company, humanity and the universe. I drank 3/4 of it. 

L: 2 HB egg whites and a RF Sargento Sharp cheddar stick

S: Dannon L&F Greek Raspberry

D: 3 Lean turkey meatballs and 1/4 cup marinara 

S2: 2 slices lunch meat ham. (this is new to me, fingers crossed)

Cal: 462 Carb: 20 Protein: 67

Write to Premier Protein.  I had one shake that I thought was off and I wrote to them and they sent me a refund cheque for the whole case.

I did try the others in the case and didn't have a problem with them.  If you bought them at Costco you can take them back if they are unopened.  What is the expiry date?  You can probably take the opened case back too provided there is more than half left.

They don't expire until September 2017. I'll write them. Not that I need them replaced, but as far as quality control goes...

Drank one curdled and never again did one pass my lips. Lol

Thanks for the morning smile!  I drank them curdled and all. Didn't notice as much when blended with ice.  I didn't know Costco would take them back, thanks Ginnny

I didn't order online. I bought them at Costco in MI in November. I wrote the company just to tell them about the issue and wanted to send me a coupon for the whole box, which isn't really necessary. They get a star in my customer service book. They're sending a coupon anyways and I'll just donate them to the food bank. I hate getting things for free when I am blessed to be able to pay for things.
