Where to get Premier Protein

Hi! Other than Costco, where can we get Premier Protein in Ontario. I'm near Ottawa but not a Costco member and don't want to pay $50 membership just for that. 

It's the only place I have ever seen them.  Many will go with family or friends to get them that may have memberships.

with the money you will save on them - it may be worth the 50$ - or find someone else who has a membership.

Right now in Costco - they have vanilla and chocolate - usually you can only get chocolate in store - and vanilla online.

On the link that pops up at the bottom of the screen - it says available at Walmart - but I have a feeling that is only USA - I don't ever remember seeing it in Canadian Walmart

I'm pretty sure Costco is the only place to buy it in the Ottawa area. I've also found that the vitamins at Costco are less expensive than other pharmacies too. That would help offset the membership price too. And I also like the price and quality of their meat and fish too. And their produce is solid, but we're only two in the house, so their large packages aren't usually worth it for us.

I don't know how far from Ottawa you are, but I think it's still worth it. I've tried a few protein powders, and I just can't. 

Having said that, if you have a supplement place near you, they might sell you samples, or in the case of Popeyes, they even offered to set up a sample bar for me to taste a bunch!

my last suggestion is that if you are pre op, don't go crazy stockpiling anything. It's not uncommon for people's tastebuds to change post op. ( not in my case, but I've seen it a lot).

or become lactose intolerant and have 3 cases of premier protein sitting unused (made with milk) lol

Give it to a normal person who can absorb it.   

Pick up some whey protein isolate, you won't have any more issues.

Do you have someone who can take you to costco? I have a membership and frequently take my grandparents and my aunts/uncles and friends. 

In the USA they have them at Walmart. 

P.S. I just got a gross chunky strawberries and cream. Now I'm off premier for a while. Yuck.

Premier is a concentrate.   Our bodies after surgery absorb  a whey protein isolate better.   There are several out there but what you are doing now, ends up as sewage for what you are paying.
