RNY 7 Years 9 months post op 

Morning 

Had a great golf game today followed by lunch with friends.  My handicap is as low as its ever been so it's exciting for me.

STEPS :   9709

EATS 

B  -  1/2 chicken cordon Bleu breast

S  -  Sargento balanced break

L  -  Greek quinoa salad with chicken

S  -  skinny cow ice cream sandwich 

D -  4 oz beef tenderloin 

      2 fingerling potatoes 

     Yellow zucchini 

S -  oikos greek yogurt
