Do I need to take my vitamins with me to the hospital?

I'm going out soon to get my post-surgery vitamins - all chewable/liquid.   Do I need to bring these with me to the hospital to take the day or next day after surgery?  Or will the hospital be providing me with anything I need while I am there?   Thanks in advance!

January 25th.   I'm really working on trying to get everything organized and prepared ahead of time.  Before it seemed so far away - now I feel like I'd better get my butt moving!

Good luck! You must be excited!  I was approved for surgery in Dec. and it looks like I'll be having my surgery in Guelph -- they are booking in the Feb time frame.

No, you won't be able to take them the first 2 days. you start these on day 3, with the liquid diet.

You don't need to take anything. They will give you any mess you need to take 

Travel light to hospital, only bring slide in slippers and a way to keep time for the 15 min. interval for drinking.  Don't bother with p.j.'s make up, hair product, excess cash.  Just bring yourself and positive attitude.
