Just when you think you're doing well...

I saw my endocrinologist yesterday, I'm 3 weeks out.

He basically screamed at me for taking the meds that the surgeon sent me home with and told me I should have known better.

They sent me home with zantac and it should have been Pepcid. Like I should have known that. I wasn't prescribed a stool softener and haven't needed one but apparently that was my fault too.

My nut tried to tell me I'm drinking too much water as per her guidelines (50oz until week 4) and I'm drinking 64 + protein shakes...

In the good news section, I've lost 11lbs (didn't expect a huge number cause I lost a bunch before) and I can start exorcising and went back to work today. :)

I think I'm doing awesome, and apart from the Prevacid I'm not changing a thing!

Hi sweetart,

Ive also gone through Windsor and was told at my follow up last week that I needed to drink more then 640z...I thought I was doing well as I've been getting in 2.5 L on average.

The scripts I was sent home with were ok though. Keep doing what you're comfortable with in regards to your fluid intake

You are doing awesome.  I have never heard of a 50oz guideline for fluids until week 4, I wonder what her reason was?

Keep up the great work.
