Hi everyone!

I think I recall someone saying that Guelph only does OPTI?  Does anyone know if that's true?  I think I would prefer slimtime...but if that is not an option that's fine.  I was just wondering...

Thanks everyone!

I was transferred to Guelph briefly - and they were going to let me stay with Slim Time - however they also allow and promote Carnation Instant Breakfast with added protein for those who can't do Opti

All you have to do is ask

Good Luck

I started Opti today (through Guelph) and have to say, it tastes much better than I expected. It's actually not bad at all. I can do weeks of this :-)
