2017 January 8 equals 1 year since my RNY
well like the title says it has now passes the one year mark since I made the choice to change my life. And a change we'll goah that's what I got. The details are hw278lost in opti 16lbs surgery weigh 245 current weight 165 pounds and holding for the last 5 or 6 months. I feel amazing and I face this week started working with a personal trainer to begins weight training and not just cardio. Looking forward to tightening up all the loose ends in my journey as it's the last in the list. As a partial reward/anniversary gift to my wife. We are heading to ***** cana next month. AnywY just thought I'd check in see how all my other Jan 20-6 buddies are holding up
