What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)

Good morning everyone.  This morning I'm swimming then driving to Guelph for appointments at my Centre.  Later I have some errands, then hope to have coffee with a friend.  

The eats today are - lots of decaf, egg salad, decaf skinny latte with protein powder added, stuffed green pepper, SKYR yogurt chia, hemp and buckwheat.

Post Op RNY 9 months today!

Good morning everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend!  I spent a lil bit of money on workout clothes on Saturday.  Old Navy had 40% off all their active wear!  Tonight I am going to register at the gym.  Not sure if we'll get a workout in tonight or not, my girlfriend hurt her back on the weekend.  After that I have massage.

B - 3 beef meatballs

S - greek yogurt

L - can of tuna

S - deli ham kolbassa, SF gerkins

D - beef pot roast

Total Cal 838, Carbs 24, Protein 82

Will add a protein shake if we get in a workout.

Thanks Birdie!  I've got some work to do in the next 3 months, want to get down some more....anywhere from 7 - 27 lbs.

Good morning :)

Not too much on the go today, which seems like it might be a good thing since we are getting more snow. Just a doctor's appt scheduled for this afternoon. 

All the protein bars and cookies are now gone from the house. I just have to stop myself from buying any more going forward. I'm already mourning the protein bars lol. So chocolatey!!

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - protein pancake

Lunch - ham and cheese

Snack - pepperette

Dinner - leftover taco beef -- I used low sodium taco mix... We ended up having to add salt. So next time I will just buy the regular mix.

Snack - pudding

All water vits.

Hi All, Busy weekend. MY 'kids' turned 29 and 33 this weekend. So had them for dinner Saturday and out on Sunday. So cold out walking yesterday. I ran for a bus on Thursday and have managed to make my knee worse. I really know better but hate waitying another 20 minutes for a bus when opne is stopped at a light and I can get to it.I am trying my stationary bike to see if it helps. So far not so much. Lidocaine cream seems to dull it for now.

I am working this morning so I can take Thursday afternoon off. Might do a little shopping befroe going home this afternoon.

Morning

Running around today - out for dinner this evening.  This is my plan today but lunch may be subject to change

 

B - 1 patty - Laura's lean hamburger

     pickles and mustard

 

L - 1 patty - Laura's lean hamburger

     Arnolds thins for the roll

    pickles and mustard

 

S - 3 cracker cuts and 3 low sodium triscuits

 

D - 1 cup of Sicilian chicken soup

    1 Italian side salad

    Glass of red wine

 

S - Dannon light and fit Greek

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,373,  Carbs - 83 Grams,  Protein - 80 Grams

 

All water and vits - more decaf coffee

Good afternoon, 

Last week I set little goals 1 was 8 glasses of water, 2 get in all protein 3 log all meals in my fitness pal.. all goals was reach except for one day where I didn't get all my water in.. this week goal is the same added carbs under 50
