Surgery tomorrow

When people tell you the wait will fly by they are right!  Seems like just yesterday I was attending orientation.  The longest part was the last 2 weeks during my the liquid diet- I struggled immensely with getting the shakes down but I got through it 18 lbs lighter.

I am not a frequent poster but I have spent hours on this site reading and researching other people's success....for that reason I do feel prepared. Thank you so much to all of you for your support whether you realized you were giving it or not.

Wish me luck driving 2 hours to Toronto this afternoon. It's a blizzard my way and I'm quite nervous about getting there safely!

Good luck! You have far more patience than me! I found the weight dragging by. But happy I will be having surgery on Thursday- just after you. :)

Good luck.  Surgery is easy!  Healing is easy. It's the next 40 years where we need to be good. But with the help of family, friends and this site you will succeed.

I hope your surgery went well!  Your so right that time does fly. Seems like yesterday I was just having my orientation.

I'm having my surgical class on the 23, and then my file will be sent to Guelph. I'm hoping to have surgery if I'm extremely luck in the next few months! Guelph seems to be going quick these days, but you never know when things may slow down.

Thank you for your past kind words and support. Let me know how you are doing.

Wishing you a speedy recovery!!!!
