I'm on day 2 today and having a lot of trouble. I feel weak, have headaches, confused/unable to think clearly. I have young kids to take care of so this is really difficult. I've called my dietician to see what I can do about this. I have to be able to function. I hope it gets better fast....:-(

I hope you feel better soon. I'm starting day 3 today. Feeling better than I did the first 2 days. My issue has been having to pee all the time! I'm consuming so much liquid.
