169lbs gone forever!!!

It has almost been 1.5 years since I had my VSG, Jan 20th will mark 1.5 years of hard work and dedication. Focusing on me, and my health has been wonderful!!! I have never felt so amazing before.. or can't recall. Going from 479lbs to 310lbs, I feel like a whole new person, looking at before photos is eye opening, yet scary.. looking back at that unhappy girl, looking into her exhausted, fear that any day now she wasn't going to wake up eyes is so scary. I have come so far, and can't wait for what hte next year brings as I am getting a revision to RNY. F!&** YESS!!! 

Wow, you've lost so much weight and look great!  What an amazing transformation.  Do you know when you are having your RNY?

Thank you!! I feel absolutely amazing!!!! I am having it Feb 13, 2017. I have a countdown! 1 month 17 days ... sooo freaking excited!!!!

Oh, that's great!  I'm counting down too!  15 days til I start Opti, and then 3 weeks later, I'll have my surgery (Feb. 1st).  It will be RNY unless the surgeon decides I'd do better with a sleeve while he's "in there", or at least, that's what he said.  Our surgeries will only be 12 days apart!

Yuppp he will do what is meant for you!!! You must be sooo excited? Where are you having it done? What surgeon? 12 days is not long at all!!! 

Dr. Lindsay is doing my surgery, at St. Joseph's in Toronto.  I can't believe I'll be starting Opti so soon!

Jos you're doing so great!! You're beautiful already inside and out. So glad to actually know you irl! I have a countdown too- 15 days until RNY on the 12th and 8 days until opti starts on the 5th

I won't be at coffee tonight - our 2 younger kids went to my sister's and our oldest is working so we are having a date night. :)
