What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Good morning everyone. I had trouble posting yesterday morning. I kept getting timeout messages. This morning when I checked the weather network for my area it said there was heavy snow, looked out the window and no snow - thank you.
This morning I'm heading to swimming, then driving to another town for a meeting, then back home for 2 more meetings and coffee with a friend. Busy day, but that's what keeps me out of mischief.
The eats are - protein coffee, Greek yogurt mixed with chia, flax, hemp and chopped prunes (I let it sit in the fridge overnight), homemade soup, scrambled eggs with salsa. I reserve the right to eat these in any order.

Another boring day at work to be had, and nothing on the go tonight, its nice. Been tired lately, need some down time.
B - 2 egg omelet with a slice of cheese (if I can get it all in)
S - 75 gr sweet thai meatballs
L - 1 cup chili
S - oikos greek key lime
D - 4 oz chicken breast with sautéed onions/peppers, sour cream , 1/2 oz cheese
Totals - Cal 958, carbs 53, protein 79

Off to teach today. Other than that not much on the go. I can't believe how fast this term is going by. We are already prepping for the final exam.
Breakfast - protein soft serve
Snack - egg, cheese
Lunch - turkey, pickles
Snack - pepperette, peanuts
Dinner - spaghetti sauce
Snack - pudding
All water and vits.
Morning all. Where do you live that was telling you about the snow CC? lol. Glad there is no snow yet, i have to drive far everyday. In school today, then home for TRX and Zumba. Have a tonne of homework due next week, so will work on that too tonight. Nothing else going on for me, nausea is still there, doc says to try Panto and see how that goes.

Good morning all. Work today. Surprising not a lot to do since I was off since Thursday. Just problems. Hate starting off like this.
For dinner we are having fajitas. I have put a lot of calories in for it but doubt I will eat what I have posted. Home tonight. My daughter is coming over to work with my granddaughter on guitar. So I can just relax and enjoy. Bought some craft kits for nights kid is over to keep busy
