Day 2 of Optifast
You will survive and I wish you strength and continued optimism. A friend of mine had his surgery on September 12th and also had three weeks of it. When his family sat down for a meal, he'd go and lie down with his favourite music on his headphones. In the three weeks, he lost 30 lbs. Now he's down more than 60. Keep that in mind. It takes a long time to get to this point and you're in the home stretch.
All the best,
Linda

Day 6. It's getting A LOT earlier. But I'm still craving everything imaginable.
I'm not giving in though. We've all have come such a long way to give up now. Everyone on here are such great help. It's really nice to know you're not the only person going through this. I have no one to blame but myself for letting me get this way so it's only fair that I suffer the consequences.
14 more days until surgery. I'm extreme anxious. I'm also extremely excited to start this new scary journey.
Again, I thank you all for your kind words.
