Try blending it with some ice or sugar free coffee syrups.  You can get them at coffee shops or Homesense.  Just remember  to do positive self talk.  You can and will be successful.

HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO GO THROUGH KINGSTON?   I am in the process.  What happens after your meeting with the dietician and behavioral??

I started this process in February.  I attended the initial class then had my appointments with the social worker and dietician in April.

I had to have a scope done as well as a sleep study (scope took way longer to get). . Sleep study occurred in June.  Scope I had in August.

Was approved for class # 2 in September and met with the surgeon on October 14th.

I am having my surgery in Kingston (they just started this about a month or two ago)  as I meet their requirements (guess I'm lower risk?).  I was originally supposed to have surgery in Toronto.

Good luck with your journey.

In the evening I've been turning it into I've cream with either cinnamon or pumpkin spice. Add a bit if water and tons of ice and blend. I eat it with a spoon so i don't miss the act of eating you know?

A week in and I'm still hungry.
