RNY  7 Years 6 Months Post Op

Morning

Busy day ahead starting  with some fasting blood work then meetings one after another.  Going to cook dinner now since I'm up early. Will just need to re warm when I get home later this evening.

STEPS :   forgot my fitbit yesterday.   Guessing around the 5000 mark

EATS

B  -  3 oz of leftover baked maple salmon

L -  4 oz of rotisserie chicken mixed with 1 TB  of mayo

D -  5 oz of taco spiced beef

      1 TB of salsa

     Couple of asparagus spears

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are :   Calories  -  631,  Carbs  -  17 Grams,  Protein  -  70 Grams

This is a little too low for me but will try to stick to it.  Dense protein should keep me full.  If not, I have a quest bar in my handbag.

All water and vits

Have a great one

Good morning :)

Birdie, I hate when I forget to wear my Fitbit. I love collecting steps these days. Unfortunately my band is separating from the sensor so I have been taking it off at night. Then I forget to put it back on.

Puppy woke me up at 1 and 5am this morning. Second time I just decided to stay up. We are getting our new puppy on October 30th, so I've been stressing about all the things we need and how I will have to get up with the puppy through the night, lose sleep, clean up messes, etc. That is making me lose sleep now ;)

Breakfast - protein soft serve

Snack - egg, cheese

Lunch - restaurant

Snack - carrots and pb

Dinner - zucchini lasagna (starting to get tired of it)

Snack - pudding

All water and vits.

Good morning everyone.  Birdie, I hope your MRI went well yesterday.  Meg maybe the new puppy will keep this puppy company and they will sleep longer.

Yesterday was a really good day.  I finally got back to swimming after 7 weeks being away, and then did yoga.  It is surprising how out of shape I got in that time, but I will get back to where I was if I keep at it.  I also got a lot done in the garden.

Today I'm back at the pool (this makes me so happy), then more work in the garden if the weather holds.  My menu is lots of Greek yogurt, cabbage soup (from a jar I bought in the European market near us.  At least I hope that's what it is, the label is in a different language, but I could figure out what the nutritional panel was saying)  I'm going to throw in some chicken meatballs.  Also a  protein latte, and lots of Restoralax in my coffee, lol.

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning, its been busy all ready because I was out shopping ALL night, I didn't get my menu planned.  Despite the rush this morning, I've got a good plan!

Shopping was deemed a success!! I got 4 new tops, a smokin' hot lil' black dress for the wedding and a blinged up pair of strappy sandals for said dress.  Also got a little leather like jacket with a knitted hoodie, so cute!  I couldn't buy little things like that before.  Struck out on any pants, refuse to pay $50 for a pair of leggings that I might (hopefully) wear only a couple months or so.  Anyway, my girlfriend is a super shopper, I didn't try one thing on that she didn't love (which can be expensive) and I tried things on I never would have before!

So here's the menu

B - 1 egg, 1 slice cheese

S - greek yogurt

L - 4 oz chicken sautéed with onions and red pepper, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1/2 oz cheddar

S - 3.5 oz meatballs with 50 grams tomato sauce

D - Bacon wrapped sirloin

S - 1/2 premier protein shake

Totals - Cal 922, carbs 31, protein 109

Gotta jump! Have a great day!

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Morning all. Seems as though fall is upon us. My building turned the heat on the other day already, appreciated as it was getting cold too. Nothing much planned to day besides homework, gym etc. Glad you're back in the pool CC. Seems odd that when you go back doing the exercise you like, you don't realize how much you miss it.

2yrs 11m

B - either eggs and bacon or no oats (flax, almond meal, coconut meal, silk cashew) not decided yet. After all, its still only 9:30am

S - not sure

L - 1/4 cup cauliflower rice, 3oz pork

S - 4oz gizzards and hearts

D - 3oz tilapia, 1/3 cup brussel sprouts/eggs and bacon

S - 3oz smoked pork shoulder

There are so many if's in my menu today which is very unlike me. Not totals but will definitely be low in carbs. Have a great day all, Nia.
