Cleared for surgery!!

You have been able to do this?  Good for you.  I have myself on a cancellatiin list as my surgery is not until Jan 24.  I am going through TWH too.  I am so afraid of bothering someone.  

I don't think they mind?  I don't know.... I have a few friends that have gone through TWH and the ones that went through quickly said they called regularly to get earlier appointments.  Most times you have to leave a message but they always call back.

But I still have to wait to meet the surgeon and get a date for surgery, so who knows how long that will take.

Have they called for your appointment yet?  The waiting is the hardest part

No they haven't. Waiting is hard.

i am super envious. i hope to get cleared to see the surgeon in the next two weeks. it looks like the surgery will be further off than i anticipated.

I know right?  I was really hoping I'd have surgery by the end of the year, but regardless, I'm in the home stretch.

I just got my date to meet the surgeon today - Nov 18th!!  Woo Hoo - we seem to be on the same timelines :)
