weight loss, opti fast

has anyone not lost any weight on opti fast? I'm on day 5 I haven't even lost one ounce. I know I know main thing is to shrink your liver but I thought I would have maybe lost 1 pound lol. 

Don't worry about losing weight on Opti.  You may or may not.  Some lose big, some lose very little.  It's different for everyone.  Just keep to the program and drink lots of water.

Yes I have read that some people don't lose much on optifast. Don't stress about it. Don't let yourself get constipated either. Good luck. 

I wish I was constipated having the other issue lol. I know it's all about shrinking the liver but seeing a little weight loss would make me think these shakes are worth it lol!!

I lost the first week but nothing the second week. I was beginning to think I was doing something wrong. Thanks for posting. Put my mind at ease at bit :)

I was told in my nutrition class that the weight loss on Opti doesn't really count as true weight loss - so I took that to mean that some lose some don't - who knows...i wouldn't worry too much
