So excited
Today is am amazing day, I weighed myself and am down 23 lbs since August 3rd woot woot. I also got a call today from TWH and they me that they have rescheduled my surgery date from November 25th to October 4th OMG I am so very excited but also feel very nervous at the same time lol. So I start Opti on the 13th of September ewww so not looking forward to that but I am looking forward to possibly losing another 15 20 lbs doing it lol.

Wow!! That's great news! Opti isn't soo bad, I kinda liked them and you don't have to plan or prep......and yes you will likely lose more as well.
If nothing else it gets you in the swing of things and makes you realize in a hurry just how little food you need to survive !!! Lol
