Good morning everyone! Back from a successful camping trip and a little shopping (just groceries, I hate shopping). Loaded up on cheese and yogurt and chicken! So much cheaper in the US.
Back to routine today.
Time Since Surgery - 4 mos, 1 day, down 1.4 lbs this week. Thought I might be coming to a stall but maybe just slowing down a bit. Will do measurements tonight and see how they're going.
Nothing going at work these days, topped with short weeks are always so loooong.

Good morning. Off on vacation tomorrow. This will be my last post until we are back. We are gone until a week Sunday. Doctor appointment today. My iron is low and blood count off. I will be honest I have been having trouble remembering my iron. It is just one more vitamin to space out. Also a follow-up on a back issue.
I am a little concerned about meals in Newfoundland. I am taking some protein bars. I will just have to make the best choices possible
b greek yogurt, blueberries
l left over stir-fry chicken, cherries
d chicken, salad, cabbage salad
s yogurt for meds
Have a good two weeks
Have a great time Pat. Eat some lobster for me. I think shellfish is high in iron.
