I had my trio appt this morning and it went great! I got the green light from all 3.

make sure you know your phases, what changes you've made or are doing.

when you fill out the 3 day food journal make it as detailed as possible.

Thanks Akatiti, it would have been good if our appts were on the same day (it is always nice to meet people that are on the same journey that you are). Thank you for the information.

I have Dr Huynh....his nurse actually wanted to schedule my surgery for Sept 1, but I told her later would be better ( I have 6 yr old twins and want them to be settled in at school first). she said they had all sorts of available dates (Dr Huynh) for September, but no one to fill them because no one was ready. Most patients were still waiting for an appointment with Dr Glazer. I must have gotten lucky with getting my appt with him so early.....I bet I called right when they had a cancellation or something.
