Stricture Update

Just got back from having another endoscopy at TWH. Sure enough, my stricture had returned.

My first stricture was opened to 12 cm (I think he said cm anyway, I was kinda loopy after) and this time they opened it to 15. It's only been 13 days since I had the first once fixed. The surgeon said it is rare to get strictures this early out - lucky me!

I have another endoscopy scheduled for August 18th, unless of course symptoms return and then I will need to go in earlier. 

On the bright side the relief from having the stricture opened is immediate, the down side is I have to eat pudding and cottage cheese for a day or so :P
