Anyone else a slow loser??
Hi congratulations on your success so far. I noticed that today you plan on having a cup of pasta for dinner. My Centre's guidelines would say that is a lot of pasta for 1 meal. My suggestion would be to try and get more of your carbs from veggies, so try adding a lot of veggies to your pasta dish (like pasta primavera). The same volume of food, but less pasta. Even Catelli Smart is still pretty high in calories and carbs. You could add mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes etc. and get all the nutrients from the veg. Hope you don't mind the suggestion, just trying to help.

First of all, what I am going to say is my opinion and mine only. However, I have watched many experiences over the past 8 years on these boards.
Watch your calories. At the end of the day, it's what counts.
Get the most bang for your buck. This means eat your protein first. Then, eat your extras, which should be veg, etc. IF, you eat dense protein first , you will fill up quickly.
Watch your snacks. Popcorn, crackers, sweets etc are tough to limit.. Useless white carbs SHOULD have no place in your diet until you reach goal.
Last. It Is a sprint. Get it off as fast as possible AND try to take off a few more then necessary. DON'T WASTE THIS PRECIOUS TIME making poor choices. You will regret it.
I can pretty much guarantee this. If you are a slow loser, IT'S WHAT YOU EAT.
So, you have to decide what's more important to you. Getting to goal quickly and assuredly. Or eating what you used to and perhaps ruining your big chance.
It's great you have lost what you lost. But this is your big chance to lose it all. Your decision.
