social worker and dietician signed off!! they said they didn't even realize the doctor had wrote "fast track" next week I see the doctor and my file will be sent. I'm unsure if I should pick Guelph or Toronto because it honestly doesn't matter to me. good news today :)

Congradulations on getting signed off. Haven't been on the website for awhile, so a little behind in posts.

May I ask about your experience with the dietician? I know you were concerned with your Pre Op diet menu selections, as am I.

If I may ask what types of food you had on your menu and what the dietician had to say. Any info greatly appreicated!!!

I also see in a more current post you got approval from the doctor and next step is the surgical class. Good luck to you!!
