Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.

Just got back. It was a long drive and i couldn't even get into the water, lol. It was too cold. I did go as far as my shins. Grumpy pouch would not let me eat all. Had Bf and boiled egg for lunch. Probably will have few bits and dinner and snack. Other than that, had a good day.

I'm with you on the lack of sleep, Ginny. Days with little to no sleep really makes my chronic back pain flare - so instead of a walk I'm considering lying in bed and hoping for sleep tonight!  Tomorrow is a new day!

I'm 2 months post-op. 57 lbs down. Hoping to make it to 100 by 5 months.

L - 1l2 cup ground turkey with onion and garlic, 1 wonton with 1 tbsp light cream cheese

S - iced decaf coffee with cream

D - 1/2 cup ground turkey with onion and garlic, 2 wonton with 2 tbsp light cream cheese 

Calories 691 carbs 20 protein 80
