whole grain cereal (1 cup)
1% milk (1/2 cup)
canned peaches (1/2 cup)
lunch
Leftover pork (75 g)
Stir-fried vegetables(1 c)
Brown rice (1 c)?Orange (1)?Yogurt (3?4 c)
dinner
Hamburger patty (75 g) on a WW bun?Tomato, lettuce & onion
Tossed salad(1 c) with (2tbsp) Italian fat free Kraft dressing
Homemade French fries* (1?2 c)?Milk (1 c)
snack
Bran muffin(1)
Milk (1?2 c)
Apple (1)
French fries are not a grain you could lose those, and bran muffins are usually high in sugar and fat, also 1 cup of rice is a lot in one meal. These are items that you could lose to cut carbs.
