HAPPY CANADA DAY! What are you doing/eating today?
Happy Canada Day Everyone!
I actually liked optifast to. But i am currently doing the pureed stage. So Ive been experimenting quite a bit. Had potatoes, did not do well with that
Today for dinner-i've blended up some chicken & tiny bit of spaghetti sauce (since i made my daughter spaghetti) pureed green beans and some sugar free jello. My tummy is loving the flavours again.

For the pureed stage, I liked refried beans from the tin with a little melted cheese and taco sauce on top.

Ok I went overboard on Hummus today. It was the only thing that sat well in my pouch. I'm shocked at the calories! Thats the most calories I've had since coming home. (3 weeks) I'm embarrassed I feel a little out of control.

Didnt get to the fireworks last night. I could hear them though.
But as for food, I am currently stuck on bean and bacon soup, pureed of course. Cannot get enough of it. I could eat that for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Actually, I just had some a few minutes ago for my breakfast. LOL
