weight up 3 pounds...then down 4???
How many calories a day are you eating? Are you avoiding crappy carbs? Are you measuring your portions? You should probably even avoid fruit for now, or keep it at a minimum. I kept my calories under 900 a day until I reached goal at 14 months out.
Getting active is important for your health. I find when I am more active I am less apt to overeat.
Congrats on how far you have come, now do what it takes to reach your goal!!
