Am I eating too much at once?
I'm a little confused with my eating and not sure I'm on track. I'm 3 weeks out. Appointment for follow up isn't until July 6th. Here are screenshots of my last 3 days - would anyone mind telling me if I'm on track, eating too much or not enough? Thanks in advance

Not sure if your Centre allows snacks, but you could add a Greek yogurt. You can also use Premier Protein as coffee creamer in addition to the one you drink in the morning. Hope this helps.

I would say you are not eating too much, the opposite actually, you should be trying to get a little more protein in.
You can sip on another protein shake throughout the day or use 1/2 for a snack in the morning and afternoon, or evening, depends on if you're hungry during the day.
You just don't want to eat too much at one sitting.
Agreed, I don't think you are eating enough and in particular protein. What about a poached egg, yogurt with some protein powder, unsweetened applesauce with some protein powder? Good luck on your appointment, I have my appointments at TWH all day on July 6th (6 month follow-up). Cathy
