normal?

So I'm finding getting in about 35 grams of protein a day is comfortable. Tonight is the second time I've really pushed it to get 60, I had a protein shake to get the other 30 in. I sip the protein shake slowly and everything seems fine until about 5-10 minutes after and then the area (I'm guessing) where my pouch is (on the left) gets really sore. I'm 10 days out - does this sound normal? Or Am I pushing it too much?
