A Good article about staying or getting back on track
I've been awake since 5am so was reading the OH forum. Came across this article.

Thanks for bringing this article forward. I have been fighting with myself for a couple of months with "getting back on track" and I knew some of these rules, in my head. But seeing this article and printing it off to visually remind me, will be a big help. I dont chew my food well enough and I literally shake if I don't have a liquid with my meal. Sorry you couldn't sleep and were up so early, but lucky for me some one out there is sharing.
