I'm home
I had my surgery Monday, everything went well.I can't believe I'm home. I feel a little over whelmed. I'm having a hard time passing gas, but when I do oh man what a relief lol. I know I've been reading about what eating was going to be like in the beginning time wise and the amount but when you actually start it man its challenging. I'm incrediably happy and so grateful for my gift. Thanks for listening to my ramblings.
Glad everything went well. Welcome to the loser's bench. Walking will help with the gas, and drinking will help if you are feeling tired.

Happy you are home. Happy you are with us on the Losers Bench. Just relax and focus on your schedule (when to drink, when to have vitamins, when to walk to get the gas) - if you focus on all that stuff you will not be so overwhelmed. The time passes quickly if you write out your schedule and what you are eating - then you will not have to remember and simply check the time and on to the next. You just will not believe how much that takes off your mind. Lesson 101 regarding the amount and the time it takes to intake small amounts of food....that is your brain that makes it seem challenging. Take your time, write out your schedule and measure out your food...the brain will stop overwhelming you.
