What are you eating/doing today ( Monday )
Morning all, had a terrible Saturday at work. Something must have been in the air i tell you. It started of with me being 45 mins late, argg i hate being late. Then everyone was talking to me at the same time, and i had to call the police for one person so many times and they still wouldn't take him to the psych ward. He did calm down eventually, but omg up until then, it was really hectic. Oh well, moving on i will be going to work 3-6, then boxing at 7. My boss and her husband are flying to their home country today for 2 weeks in Europe, lucky them and their friends will help around and i will keep the weekends and sleep there. Hope it's better next weekend.

S - not sure, don't thing i'll need one
D - 1 chicken thigh, 1/4 cup coleslaw, 1/4 cup sugar free cheesecake pudding
S - 1 protein muffin, 1/2 tbsp pb
Calories: 860, carbs 30, fat 39, protein 103
