YOUR menu looks great.

I have to force myself to organize and post many mornings.  I just don't want to lose the habit.

Glad you're keeping track of your inches lost.  It's important when the scale doesn't cooperate

Good morning :)

I'm at a workshop all week and don't have access to a fridge so my food is going to be off and more carbs than usual. I'm going to try and walk tonight to find a close grocery store so maybe I can pick up a yogurt for after dinner or something fresh.

Breakfast - protein bar

Snack - chickpeas, pudding

Lunch - unknown (maybe a pita)

Snack - jerky, crackers

Snack - chickpeas

Dinner - unknown

Snack - yogurt??

That's tough.   Can you fill your sink with ice or just use the bucket?  Might keep some cheese good for the week.   If you haven't left home yet, how about a cooler for your room?

Unfortunately I'm not staying in a hotel, so there is no ice machine.  I had thought about bringing a portable cooler, but it was going to be quite a walk from where I had to park to the residence, and I wasn't sure how I was going to manage everything :)  I will walk to the grocery store tonight and see what they have in single servings.  I got a pita for lunch and barely ate half, so I will be able to eat that for dinner.

Good morning all. I got a call last night that with a large donation and some other money coming in we raised over $1000.00 dollars. In their currency this is over 11, 500.00. This should buy a lot of water.

Swimming today. Out to dinner tonight. The restaurant was organised by someone else so it is Italian. Their menu appears to be mostly pasta and pizza. To be honest I have not had pasta since surgery. Just too many empty calories. I looked at their lunch menu since their dinner one would not open. If they have a shrimp appetizer that will be what I have. I have also added one slice of bread and a glass of wine. I will probably skim the wine but we will see.

b greek yogurt, blueberries

l turkey squash casserole, salad

s 2 baby bel

d shrimp, glass of wine, slice of bread

my calories are coming out too low. I will re-do after dinner.
