Right now now this is what my food day looks like... Egg white with ham breakfast about 2.5oz
lunch moist chicken with a sugar free low carb sauce to make it more slimey 2.5-3oz (boneless skinless white)
dinner is same as lunch
cause of allergies I haven't been able to tolerate shakes, and my body started rejecting yogurt I think too much flora from it as I lived on yogurt for 2.5 weeks.
cals between 3-500 day carbs less then 30 sugar less then 15 protien between 55-68 a day. Water 50-60oz a day
I'm struggling to get my water in. I'm getting better with protien. I'm planning on making shaved roast beef and spaghetti sauce (ground chicken and beef no noodles) as ?they both don't dry out when reheated.
Im lacking on fiber could that be causing this?
Can u offer up some more direct ideas Leslie now seeing what my day looks like?
The dreaded stall!! I swear I am the queen of stalls. My last one lasted a month. I did everything and nothing worked. Just stay the course keep doing what your doing and you will start to lose again. My first stall was at 2 weeks out and lasted for 3 weeks I went crazy I read everything on here about stalls. I thought maybe the surgeon made a mistake and didn't make my stomach small enough. Every worst case senario went through my head. Then all of a sudden I would start to lose again and quickly.
As long as your eating right, drinking your water and doing some sort of exercise you will lose. I'm almost 9 months out and I'm down 91 pounds. Finally hit Onederland last month. It will happen I promise.
