Good morning all. You are truly a good friend Barb, always have time to help your friends. Well done Z on the concert, that money will sure go to a good cause. As an immigrant myself, i really appreciate the generosity i got when i arrived in Canada. Oh Pat, i hope things get better for you at work. 

I ended up not going to the gym yesterday as i was just feeling really tired, ahh getting old, lol. Yet shopping instead at the mall. They have really good sales on. Old Navy had the best and i bought some fancy sandals and one that was gladiator design. For three pairs, it was around 30$. I also bought an anklet at Claire's, its a cut gold one. I tell you, i still have a fat girl mind as i thought it would not fit. It did fit with room to spare and that was exhilarating. Nothing planned today and i was asked to come into work, so i go in at 5pm.

2 1/2 yrs post op

B - 1oz chicken breast, 1 egg, 1 slice bacon, 1/4 cup rice (make some fried rice)

S - 1oz marble cheese

L - 3 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup cucumber

S - 1oz chicken breast

D - 3oz pork riblets, 1/3 cup oriental veg medley (dinner from last night, bought rotisserie chicken instead)

S - 1/2 quest bar

I think when you are tired your body is telling you to rest.  ( unless it's chronic,  then you need some bloodwork)

I hear you. I had some labs done last week and I'm waiting on the results as this tiredness feels abnormal. 3 weeks ago i was doing double sessions at the gym, but since i had the cold, i can just about manage Zumba class. Seems pretty out of sorts for me.
