Good morning everyone. Just catching up on some of the posts, Barb I am totally digging cobb salad lately too as my body seems to be ok with boiled eggs now. Yay! newme180 good on you for standing up for yourself, you wear whatever makes you happy, there will always be critics, what matters most is your own opinion. Well, taking magnesium and potassium citrates seems to have a good effect on my muscle cramps and mood issues. I did not take them for a week and I noticed a big difference in both, so I am back on them, sleeping better and no cramps. Concert went well, we raised over $5000 for a local immigrant women's charity. It felt good to get a standing ovation from the audience, felt appreciated. A couple of first dates lined up for this weekend, trying to pace myself, it is kind of addictive. Today is work and hot yoga and studying tonight, my singing was cancelled this week.

Your a good friend Barb. Which grocery store do you use? I do not like Metro's to go section except for their barbaque chickens.
Work is depressing me and I am letting it get to me. I just do not want to be here right now, Wish I had some vacation days but I need them for other dates. Eating is out of control and I need to reign it in.
I do not know what is for dinner. I have put in chicken but DH is cooking so who knows.

Re friends: you reap what you sow, eh?
I shop at Fortinos which has a "panne fresco " inside. Incredible breads, pizza, sandwiches, soups and a buffet station with 7 choices of full dinner, pick and choose. It's fabulous.
I feel for you re work. Nothing worse then being unhappy either at work or home. Hope there is a way to improve it.
Thanks. I do not think there is a Fortino near us. But I should look at the local buther. They often have things.
Work I am thinking on. I started making appointments among other stuff. My job has expanded and collapsed over the years. The new Ot we have wants me to not just make appointment but do 'intake'. That's fine but some instruction on her expectations would be great
