I have a date with a surgeon!

So exciting, it is becoming very real now!  

Did any of you say that you would do the surgery sooner if the chance arose?  If so did you go earlier.

When I saw my surgeon, last month, he happened to have a couple quick dates open (today, June 1st being one of them). I told her since I had a choice I would do it a little later. I am a school bus driver and this gave me the chane to finish the school year, not lose any pay, and to have surgery and recover at a time I would be off anyway. So it worked out good. 3 weeks from today, I start opti and 6 weeks from today I'll have my surgery. My surgeon will just be coming back from vacation so I'm hoping that means he'll be well rested, lol. Good luck at your appointment. 

I asked to be on the cancellation list, but wasn't called to go earlier - if that's what you're asking? 

Looking at your signature, we have almost the same timing. I too meet with the surgeon in July. I was hoping for sooner than later because I will be going back to school in September. I don't know what the accommodations for things like that are. 

Are you with TWH too? Hope you can go soon. What are you taking at school? 

Ya I'm at TWH too. I have a date of July 29th for the surgery appt with Dr. Okrainec. You? I hope the same for you as well. I'm majoring in Human Resource and minoring in Accounting.

Mine must be right after yours!  Unless there is more than one surgeon meeting people.  Mine is 8:15, We should totally say hi.
