Morning all.Feels nice already and not as humid as it has been the last few days. Last night i had the devil of all headaches. Haven't had one like that for a long time. I'm well hydrated, don't know what it could be. It's still lingering as of this morning, so i will take it easy, i won't go to the noon Zumba, just the boxing tonight.
I forgot to tell you guys yesterday that i told my sister off the other day. I was wearing my nieces open back top and i knew she would have something snarky to say as usual and she didn't disappoint me, lol. She was, oh those saggy love handles are just no. I told her listen sister, unless i ask you for your opinion when it come to what i'm wearing or my body shape, do not put your 2 cents into anything. I told her that she was always negative when it comes to my looks and i don't appreciate it. I never go out of my way to make her feel bad about herself, so what gave her the right to do the same to me. We might make jokes here and there of each other, but she almost makes it a daily mission. I told her to back off and she was like, well then. I really hope she stops as she seems like she doesn't respect boundaries.

How's your iron? Low iron is a special kind of tiredness. Not right to have that kind of exhaustion Pat.
By the way - I made the Cobb salad exactly as the recipe stated. Fortunately I tasted the dressing before drizzling - it wasn't good so I added Paul Newman's Parmesan and Garlic which is my standby for every salad.
It was delicious but labor intensive. Next time I buy bagged lettuce instead of purchasing 4 different types and washing/drying and mixing. And - bottled dressing. I also switched up feta for blue cheese as its less pungent. The only thing that is really the pain is frying the bacon - smell and grease - however its sooo good.
Extremely filling - that's why I love Cobb as there is so much protein in it...and avocado!
I think I just over did exercise yesterday. I was exhausted. My iron may be low. I should remember to take some iron for a while. Checking out my labs the end of June. At the moment I just keep yawning. May need to do a coffee run.
I alos like the Newman's salad dressing. Sound like so long as you put the basics in it would be great. May do this on the weekend
