Good morning :)

Off go school today for meetings and a presentation. I got home late last night as I found out my aunt was taken back to the hospital but the nursing home didn't call me. They seem to be very understaffed.

Also, my menu is a bit weird as I need to get groceries, but just haven't had a lot of time lately.

Breakfast - egg, yogurt

Snack - carrots and pb

Lunch - chili, crackers

Snack - cheese, oatmeal muffin

Snack - nuts, yogurt

Dinner - unknown

Snack - protein cake

All water and vits.

Can usually find good choices, or at least reasonable ones when out eh?  The problem is the bread they put in front of you - the talking when you are eating and the social aspect.

Just so much easier to eat at home when I know all the ingredients

Going to try and make cobb salad tomorrow.  Found a recipe that gets good reviews on Epicurious.

Let me know how it turns out. Would love the recipe. And yes I had bread last night I really did not need.

Will do.  It calls for 3 avocados's which seems excessive to me.  However, I am going to make it exactly as stated and see - can always adjust if necessary if I make it a second time.

( and I love avocado )

Morning all. Long weekend at work and it wasn't too bad, except for Saturday when one of the residents decided to go off the wall. Had to call for emergency psych and order was restored. It's good money for basically "baby sitting," but I'm glad to be home. Nothing planned today, i might pop to the pool downstairs and sit by the loungers. I need to get some groceries and later on tonight, boxing. Waiting for blood results, hopefully it will tell us something.
