Trying to get my act together today. Haven't gained but feel like I am on the cusp of over eating. Time to journal and plan better.

B - 2 large eggs plus 1 egg white scrambled
L - 2 ham and cucumber roll ups with mustard for dipping
D - 4 oz beef tenderloin
1 cup green beans
5 small potatoes ( little potato company )
S - Carnation light hot chocolate mixed with decaf and a squirt of light whip topping
Oikos greek lemon meringue

Good morning Barb. Off to take the dog out for a walk. Not sure if we will walk or I will drive him to Cherry Beach. It maybe too hot for a long walk for him. He still has too much fur and over heats. At least at Cherry he can cool off and do less walking.
Need to make sure I drink enough. I have had leg cramps twice this week and I am pretty sure it was because I did not drink enough.
