What are you eating/doing today (Thursday)?
Good on ya girl. That is big news, and how brave are you to stick with it after being stood up the first time (send name and address and he will be "dealt" with). You are so smart to do activity based dates. Just sitting and trying to converse can sometimes be difficult. I wouldn't say anything about your surgery until you know that you are getting serious about someone. That's just me. It would be nice if they could get to know you first because you are so much more than just a post WLS person, as the kids say you're amazeballs.

Thanks Cc, you are definitely totally "amazeballs" as well. I am off on vacation this week so it is less stressful so I thought, why not? I am already doing stuff, why not meet people while doing enjoyable stuff. I have tried several cool coffee places, been to an animals sanctuary, pubs, off leash dog park, its been great. Ya, it can be awkward at first but its getting easier. I am leaning more towards waiting until its more serious as well, not because I am ashamed but because I am a private person.
Morning all. Good for you Z putting yourself out there and meeting new people. I've not had much luck with dating or finding the people i like or attracted to. Well i'll keep trying, surely there is someone out there for me.
I finally decided to call the clinic because of the nausea is getting worse and i have been taking gravol almost daily for the last month. Yesterday it was really unbearable, even moving around unsettled my stomach. The dietician told me she will speak to the nurse and see what else needs to be done, but for now take pantoloc everyday and see if it gets better. Hope it's not ulcers again because of the NSAID's i took for my knee. Also called my doctor for some labs as this fatigue is getting worse.
Nothing much planned today, will go to Zumba later on tonight.
