Almost at one year and plastic surgery question
Mine was 5 pounds. Skin does not weigh that much. If yours have fat attached to it, yours will weigh more.

Take this how you want. I lost 150lbs 7 yrs ago and was "happy with the weight I was at" so I had plastics. Guess what? I gained back. Many docs say to be stable for 1-2yrs before plastics, your body keeps changing for awhile even if you're not losing. I can see if you have a huge hanging panni that's causing infections and giving troubles with exercise but otherwise use me as a cautionary tale. This time I'm waiting at least 2yrs from hitting goal weight.
