at 2 weeks out of rny how many calories should we be having...

Hi

 

it is not about calories at this time. Your focus is on protein, getting in your water intake and your vitamins.

Stick to the plan as outlined by your clinic and you will do fine.  You start to look at calories a little later I would say for me it was around the 5 th month when I could start to eat more normal food

I'm on puréed blended now if that helps

I would agree, focus on getting your 60g of protein and your fluids at this point.  (There isnt a whole lot of room or time for anything more)  My clinic didnt think it was necessary even at the 3 mth point...as long as i was  meeting daily requirements, feeling well and losing.

 

Im 10 mths and still don't count calories, although I am aware of what I eat as its usually the same items daily.   I eat protein first, and very clean....I know my caloric is still low.800-1000
