Morning
Golfing this morning. I am nervous about walking the course for the first time since the fall. Where I play in Florida they require a cart and I get used to it. Hope my bones can handle it.
EATS
B - 2 large eggs plus 1 egg white scrambled
S on course - Honeycrisp apple and 1 oz cheddar
L - chicken cobb salad
D - sirachaa hamburger patty. Tomato and pickles
S - Stewed rhubarb made with splenda - 2 TB - in a half cup of vanilla source yogurt
Carnation light hot chocolate mixed with decaf and a squirt of light whip topping
4 slices of PC blue menu ham nuked with 1/3 cup of shredded habanero cheese
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are : Calories - 1,476, Carbs - 63 grams, Protein - 111 grams
All water and vits

Hope you survive the golf today. Suppose to be a nice day.Off to church this morning. Need to tidy the house a little. Kids coming for dinner and DH is smoking some ribs.
Want to some more gardening but will see how I feel.

We are going up north a bit to visit my SO's mom on the farm. I like visiting and seeing all the animals, but she thinks I'm too "city".
Breakfast - meatballs, yogurt
Snack - carrots and pb
Lunch - chicken, veg
Snack - oatmeal muffin, yogurt
Snack - pepperette, pudding
Dinner - unknown (but something at the farm)
Snack - protein cake

Morning all. Beautiful day out there. Have fun golfing Barb, hope the bones are fine. Nice day to have the kiddies over Pat, mm smoked ribs, my favourite. Today i'm doing NOTHING. I know i say that a lot, but I'm sticking to my word today. No gym, no cleaning, nothing. I need to rest. With that said, i ate a bit too much yesterday. I was feeling hungrier than usual. Had a slice of pizza for lunch and later on some walnuts and a handful of goldfish. Nothing too bad and i wanted cookies so bad and i almost gave in. Doesn't help there is junk food at work all the time, especially sweets. I haven't given into temptation for 2 weeks now and holding strong. Ay, this is hard work.

D - 2oz pork, 1/3 cup mustard greens, 1/8 cup corn meal
S - pumpkin pancake
