Had my nurse's meeting. Now go on to Pre-Surgery Class 1. -Ottawa-

So they changed how they do it at the Ottawa Civic Hospital. Had my nurse's meeting on May 19th, and now on May 30th I go to a 3 hour class called Pre-Surgery Class 1. 

The only issue that the nurse had for me she can see is my acid reflux, so I am going to be going for an endoscope for that. I asked her what time frame I am looking at and she said because I don't have that many complication it should be well under 6 months or so. 

Hi djl, I am having my surgery at the Ottawa Civic as well. I have been to the Pre-Surgery Class 1 and next see the Dietitian and Behaviorist on May 31. Hopefully the remaining process will be easy and timely for both of us. All the best to you!
