Protien Powder & Shake

I'm 3days post-op an find it hard to get protien in. Looking for a good powder to add to my food for intake, any suggestions please going to walmart this evening

Go to the bulk barn, they have unflavoured isolate u can buy little see if u like.. I read a lot of people use bulk barn unflavoured protien.. If u don't have bulk barn. When ur at Walmart at the  pharmacist for beneprotein I believe they have it behind the counter!!

i ordered mine from a canadian company online called canadian protein 27 grams of protein per scoop and i couldnt tell the difference it was in my foods.  Just do not add to too hot of a liquid and you're good.

I really like the Syntrax protein powder. I get it from Amazon or the Low Carb Grocery. 

Really yummy if you shake it up in a shaker bottle with soy milk (which gives even more of a protein boost )!

I love syntrax protein only protein powder I use. I get mine from http://www.fitshop.ca/

so much cheaper then low carb store.. It's 49.99 each but if u buy more u get discount free shopping. I put a order in on a Wednesday afternoon it was here on Friday..
