MIA yesterday. Another full day ahead and still semi disorganized and need groceries.

B - 4 oz leftover BBQ chicken
L - 4 oz leftover BBQ chicken
D - tomato/pepper/onion/feta salad with 1 TB of full fat dressing
Grilled chicken on top
S - source lemon yogurt
Carnation light hot chocolate mixed with decaf and a squirt of light whip topping

Good morning!!
Today seems to be a running around kind of day. Dropped the puppy at the groomers, have a dentist appointment, and then we are meeting at my aunt's house to start sorting things as she is moving into long-term care. Then off to the hospital to visit my aunt. I guess at some point I should also pick up the puppy ;)
And I just realized I didn't respond yesterday about the salt in my menu -- I think it generally comes in around 2,500mg (according to MyFitnessPal). The dietitian had wanted me to add high-sodium foods like crackers, pickles, and deli meat to help with my low blood pressure. I'm not sure how many mg it needs to be to balance the amount of water I drink, but I try to pay attention to how I'm feeling.
Breakfast - milk, burger patty
Snack - carrots, pb
Lunch - burger, tomatoes, crackers
Snack - chicken, pickles
Snack - pepperette, pudding
Dinner - beef (of some sort), veggies
Snack - protein cake
All water and vits.
Good morning Barb. Sorry the confusion continues. Off to swimming today. Home tonight. Looking forward to time off. One of the people who gives me work has been away for 2 weeks. Looking froward to her coming back and having more work to do. I have been doing some organizing for another employee but would really just like to be busy with my own work. Part of me would like to start part-time now but I need to save some more for my son's wedding.
