What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning :)
Not too much on the go today. We are taking profile pictures at work so I guess I have to play dress-up!! Then hopefully a quick meeting.
I've been feeling lightheaded again. I felt like I needed to drink more water but I drank 3L+ yesterday and it didn't get better. I'm wondering if I need to eat a bit more salt again...
Breakfast - pepperette, yogurt
Snack - trail mix, cheese
Lunch - burger, tomatoes, crackers
Snack - chicken, pickles
Snack - pepperette, pudding
Dinner - steak, veggies
Snack - protein cake
All water and vits.
Good morning. If you are using a calorie counter they will usually tell you the sodium you are consuming. Your menu looks like it has quite a bit of sodium so I hope it helps.
My DH brought home blueberry muffins. He pointed them out so I was sure to see them. I looked at the calories knowing I could not eat them. They had 340 calories with 26 grams of sugar. Did I mention I love anything blueberry. He is lucky I did not hit him over the head with them!
Also it is his day off so he is cooking. I asked him what was for dinner but he had not decided. So I have put in chicken but I doubt that is what he will make.
I was really tired yesterday. Fell asleep at 7:30 reading a book. Went to bed at 9:00. I was awake a lot but feel better today

Went swimming this morning, and now just having a coffee. Lunch is going to be some kind of salad with lobster (they are on sale) avocado, a little mango and chipotle mango dressing (20 calories per 2 TBSP) . Not sure what's for dinner, I'll go to the butcher and see what looks good that the DH can throw on the grill.
This afternoon going to see my PCP. I've already checked my bloodwork results online, and most things look good except my cholesterol. He will probably up my cholesterol meds. Doesn't matter how healthy I eat or how much I exercise that number is in the high range.
Have a great day everyone and enjoy this beautiful weather.

Morning all. Looks nice out there and hope to enjoy some of the weather and sit outside for lunch. I think i'll make an appt with my doctor, can't seem to shake this tiredness off. I took a nap yesterday at around 7:30pm and my niece walks in and asked why i was sleeping. Well she actually said "why are you sleeping, are you dying?" Lol kids, I NEVER take naps at all but recently i feel like i have been hit by a bus.
