It's a hernia

Did the two hour drive this morning. Spent the day in emergency, had a CT scan, I have an internal hernia, and am awaiting emergency surgery! Not kidney stones, constipation or an ulcer! Thank you for the advice to come to emerg and wait. Really do need the help of 'those guys' who know how to treat us gastric beauties. I guess my normal dr is there to treat bumps and bruises, major issues are for the specialists. Actually cried when they told me, not sadness but relief. xo

I'm so happy you found out what it is. I'm the type of person who hates the not knowing part of things. I wish you a speedy recovery from your surgery. Shouldn't be too horrible, my daughter had one removed when she was a toddler. See you soon! :)
