Morning
Been eating too many carbs so time to cut back. I still stress eat! My clothes feel snug so time to go heavy on the dense protein and white knuckle it for awhile.
EATS
B - 2 large eggs plus 1 egg white scrambled
L - leftover stuffed turkey breast 5 oz
2 TB of Splenda cranberry sauce
S - 1 cup of cooked turnip
D - 5 oz X lean ground beef cooked with low sodium taco seasoning
6 asparagus spears
S - Carnation light hot chocolate mixed with decaf and a squirt of light whip topping
Source dessert yogurt 1/ 2 cup

5 weeks post-op
Good morning! Well no balloon flight last night, will have to rebook. Tried all last summer to get this flight in so it better happen this year.
Up 2 lbs this morning, not happy but can't stress about it either.

B - 2.5 oz roast beef
L - zucchini pizza casserole
S - 2 slices deli turkey
D- chicken stir fry (I'll eat the chicken, very little veg)
S - yogurt
cal - 803, carbs 25, protein 90
Good morning everyone. Sick today, going to spend my day mostly in bed, studying for an exam in between passing out. Hopefully I feel up to singing tonight, going to a Prince singalong at a local pub, should be fun. Yesterday evening I felt so low energy I became desparate and ate 2 small dipped cones from dairy queen for dinner. What do they put in those anyways, crack cocaine? Not a good idea but I got back on track with my next snack. Thought it would be a good idea to track today to ensure I do not repeat. Yesterday I celebrated my 21 month surgiversary, hard to believe it has been that long.

b - strawberry gnc protein shake, ginger peach tea with sucralose
s - microwave "English muffin" made of local 1 organic free run egg, flaxmeal, baking powder. I put sesame seeds on top and toast it, nice that way. Margarine and walden sf maple syrup on top. Really liking this combo
l - 1 cup beef and black soybean chilli with green beans
s - protein shake with blueberries while at the gym
d - meatballs with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese
s - water with lemon or decaf coffee/tea

Busy day today. Off to see my family doc this morning, then I have a meeting this afternoon with my advisor. This afternoon I'm planning on visiting my aunt in the hospital. I didn't have a chance to see her over the weekend so I would like to go up today.

Good morning Barb. Hope your trip up north was relaxing. Although you mention stress eating so maybe not. The weather was nuts yesterday. Rain snow and hail mixed with bouts of sun. Got to love Canadian weather.
Bought a dress for my son's wedding at the Nordstrom's sale. It was originally $280.00 marked down to $167.00. I will not tell you what I really paid but it was a steal. My daughter posted a picture she took of me in the dress on facebook. So no surprise the day of.
Work today and hopefully swimming. I think I am down a few ponds but need to lose more. Why is it when I gain I still have the skinniest shoulders but it all sits on my hips. My summer pants are still too tight.

Good morning all. Had a good weekend although the weather tried to ruin it. Hope up north wasn't too bad Barb. Hope you feel better Z, and stay away from DQ, lol. Savvy shopping Pat, wedding is coming up soon, eh?
Nothing planned today. I was asked to work 1-5, so will have my breakfast in a bit and get ready. Hopefully i can go to boxing tonight at 7. Been trying to cut back on exercise a bit as i'm too tired. Too bad, i like to exercise, hopefully i can find a balance.
